Politické procesy v 50. letech - Karel Vaš Hlavní záměr za touto diplomovou prací byl zprostředkovat obecný přehled historického fenoménu politických procesů, které se odehrály v době raných let komunistického režimu v Československu a poskládat dohromady životní příběh komunistického prokurátora a soudce Karla Vaše v této ponuré mosaice. Tato práce zahrnuje širší historické pozadí a regionální rámec, vývoj související legislativy a státního a stranického aparátu zapojeného do politických procesů. Taktéž je kladen velký důraz na typy a směry soudní a jiné perzekuce, téma rehabilitace obětí a trestního stíhání osob účastných na výrobě těchto procesů. Diplomová práce se skládá z pěti kapitol. První kapitola podává stručný popis situace v Československu po Druhé světové válce. Pokrývá nejdůležitější události, které vedly k uchopení absolutní moci ve státě komunisty a realizování politických procesů v 50. letech jako prostředku stabilizace společnosti. Druhá kapitola je věnovaná přímo politickým procesům samotným. Tato kapitola je rozdělena do čtyř podkapitol. První podkapitola je o kontextu, definici termínu a historickému původu politických procesů a monstrprocesů v Sovětském svazu v 30. letech. Druhá podkapitola je zasvěcena analýza související legislativy. Třetí podkapitola rozebírá jednotlivé typy... Political Trials in the 50's - Karel Vaš The main intention behind this master thesis was to provide a general overview over the historical phenomenon of political trails that took place in the era of early years of communist regime in Czechoslovakia and to put together a life story of the communist prosecutor and the judge Karel Vaš within this grim mosaic. The thesis encompasses the broader historical background and regional frame, the development of related legislation and the apparatus of the state and the communist party involved in political trials. There is also great concern in types and directions of judicial and other persecution, the theme of the rehabilitation of victims and the prosecution of persons involved in making these trials. The thesis consists of five chapters. The first chapter gives a brief description of the situation in Czechoslovakia after the Second World War. It covers the most important events that led to communists taking over the absolute power in the state and carrying out political trials in the 50's as means for the stabilization of the society. The second chapter is dedicated directly to political trials themselves. This chapter is divided into four subchapters.
