Příspěvek se zabývá novou koncepcí vodního chlazení vinutí synchronního motoru s permanentními magnety. Na vysoko momentové motory jsou kladeny požadavky velkého poměru hmotnost-výkon. Ve většině případů jsou tyto motory umístěny tak, že není možné efektivně odvádět tepelné ztráty. Proto se používá vodní chlazení na plášti motoru. Cesty tepelného toku s vinutí do pláště jsou však značné komplikované. Projekt se zabývá odvodem tepelných ztrát přímo z drážky vinutí. Summary: The paper is concerned with new conception of direct winding slot water cooling. The heat flow from winding slot to frame is very complicated. The new approach solves transfer heat losses direct from winding slots. The special structure of brass tubes will be placed in the winding slot. Computational simulation of new cooling system concept is realized by using CFD analyze. Software FLUENT was used for computational simulation of water cooling drive.
