[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce bude zaměřena na respondenty s paraplegií se zaměřením na vyprazdňování močového měchýře pomocí čisté intermitentní katetrizace. Jedná se o pacienty hospitalizované na Spinální jednotce ve Fakultní nemocnici v Motole. Práce bude rozdělena na dva celky, z nichž první bude zaměřen na část teoretickou a druhý celek je empirická, ve kterém se budu zabývat průzkumem pacientů s paraplegií a jejich porozumění edukačnímu procesu ohledně samostatné katetrizace močového měchýře. Popisuji problematiku daného onemocnění, jeho příčiny, příznaky, diagnostiku a léčbu. U vybrané skupiny pacientů bude provedeno dotazníkové šetření, zaměřené na ovlivnění běžných denních aktivit a následně bude provedena statistická analýza zjištěných dat.The abstract My bachelor's work will be aim to patients with paraplegy with focus on evacuation of urinary bladder by clear intermittent cathetrization. I will be forus to patients which will be admit to Spinal Unit in Faculty hospital in Motol. Work will be divided to two parts, first will be teoretic and second part will be practice, there I will work with exploration of patients with paraplegy and theirs understanding with education.I describe problems of paraplegy, the causes, signs, diagnosis and treatment. And I want do research via questionnaires about influence to activities of daily living in group of selected patients. I will perform statistic analysis of every find out informations.
