Důležitým aspektem při rozhodování o výběru a použití nového konstrukčního prvku je teoretická analýza (modelování) podpořená laboratorními zkouškami na hotovém výrobku. U vybraných konstrukcí železničního svršku však ani laboratorní analýza nemusí přinést průkazné výsledky. Tehdy je nezbytné doplnit validační proces výrobku o měření in-situ (v případě kolejového roštu tedy přímo na trati). Evropská legislativa v takovém případě vyžaduje dlouhodobé sledování testované konstrukce. Během této doby doporučuje průběžné sledování vybraných parametrů a následné porovnání s referenční sestavou, která byla vložena do stejné koleje a ve stejném časovém období jako sestava testovaná. Mezi dlouhodobě sledované parametry lze zařadit rozchod koleje, podélné posunutí kolejnic vůči pražcům, svěrnou sílu upevnění, stav hlavy kolejnice, pražců a komponentů upevnění a jiné. Všechny tyto parametry jsou tzv. statické. Jsou kontrolovány v době, kdy sledovaným úsekem neprojíždí žádné vozidlo. Nejvěrněji lze však parametry konstrukce definovat pomocí analýzy přímo pod dynamickým zatížením od vlakových souprav. Disertační práce je věnována měření a analýze dynamických účinků v běžné koleji. Cílem práce je doplnění současného systému ověřování nových konstrukcí železničního svršku (zejména upevnění kolejnic) o sledování dynamických parametrů. Je navržena metodika měření a vybrán vhodný matematický aparát k hodnocení dynamických účinků kolejové dopravy. Theoretical analysis (i.e. simulation) promoted by the laboratory tests of final product is the important aspect for determination relating to choice and using the new infrastructural constituent. However, the laboratory analysis does not need to make conclusive results in some cases. At that time, it is necessary to complete the process of validation by the measurement in-situ (directly in the track section). The European legislation requires the long-term monitoring of the test constructions in this case. During this time, both the periodic monitoring of the chosen parameters and the following comparison with reference construction are recommended. The reference construction shall be inserted to the same track section and in the same time period as well as the test construction. The track gauge, the longitudinal shifts of rails vis-a-vis the sleepers, the clamping force of fastening, the rail head profile, the sleepers and the state of rail fastenings are possible to classify like the long-term monitored parameters. All these characteristics are so-called static. They are checked in time when no carriages pass through the monitored track section. However, the analysis and determination of the test construction behaviour (dynamic characteristic) are the most accurate by the moving load. Dissertation thesis is focused on measurement and analysis of the dynamic effects at the plain line. The aim of the thesis is the completion of recent system of the new track structures verification for the dynamic parameters observe. Methodology of the measurement and convenient mathematical apparatus for analysing the dynamic effects is proposed.
