(česky) Rozvoj profesních kompetencí učitele Cílem předložené disertační práce je analyzovat potřebu rozvoje vybrané kompetence a navrhnout systém opatření a metod pro podporu jejího rozvoje v pregraduální přípravě budoucích učitelů. V teoretické části práce jsou prezentovány aktuální poznatky vztahující se k otázkám profesionalizace učitelů a rozvoje jejich profesních kompetencí. Klíčové jsou pro nás studie věnované standardizaci profese učitele a stanovení rámce profesních kvalit, kterými má být vybaven učitel na počátku svého profesního působení a v jeho průběhu. Na základě empirických studií, o které se v práci opíráme, byla diagnostická kompetence označena jako kompetence, ve které začínající učitelé cítí největší handicap ve své profesní připravenosti. Proto je v disertační práci této kompetenci věnována zvýšená pozornost a byla vybrána k provedení výzkumného šetření. Empirická část práce je zaměřena na analýzu potřeb rozvoje diagnostické kompetence učitelů základních a středních škol. Cíl výzkumné části byl zpřesněn formulací výzkumných otázek. Empirrická část se opírá o provedení smíšeného výzkumu, kde propojuje metody kvalitativního a kvantitativního výzkumu. Využito bylo techniky dotazníkového šetření pro učitele a studenty Fakulty pedagogické Západočeské univerzity v Plzni,... 1 Abstract (in English): Development of proffesional competencies The aim of the dissertation thesis is to analyze the needs of development of selected competence and to design a system of measures and methods to support its development in the undergraduate training of future teachers. The theoretical part of this thesis presents current knowledge regarding the issues of professionalisation of teachers and the development of their professional skills. Crucial for this thesis are studies on the standardization of the teaching profession and establishing a framework of professional qualities that the teacher should be equipped with at the beginning and also during his prefessional carrier. Based on empirical studies, the diagnostic competence was identified as the competence in which the trainee teachers feel the greatest handicap in his professional preparedness. Therefore, in this thesis, an extra attention is payed to this competence. The empirical part of this thesis is focused on analysis of needs of diagnostic competence of teachers in primary and secondary schools. The target of the research was made more accurate by formulation of research questions.
