Cílem diplomové práce "Současné trendy ve vzdělávání nezaměstnaných v Dánsku a České republice" je popsat problematiku nezaměstnanosti v kontextu Dánska a České republiky. Práce se zaměřuje na nástroje aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti (APZ) s důrazem na mladé nezaměstnané, kteří tvoří na evropském trhu práce skupinu s nejvyšší mírou nezaměstnanosti. Naleznete zde popis nástrojů APZ s důrazem na vzdělávání jako nejefektivnější nástroj APZ. Diplomová práce je koncipována jako teoretická studie, která vychází z relevantních zdrojů těchto zemí a z dokumentů EU, jejíž jsou tyto země členy. Výsledkem této práce je seznámení se s aktuálními tendencemi v této oblasti, jako je např. podpora dalšího vzdělávání a stáže jako nástroj vzdělávání praxí. Zároveň přináší inspirativní náměty pro rozvoj APZ v ČR. The focus is specifically on young unemployed people representing the group with the highest unemployment rate on the Europeans labour market. This master thesis introduces to the instruments of active labour market policy and focuses especially on education as the most effective instrument of active labour market policy. The thesis is a theoretical study, working with relevant information sources of these two countries and with documents of EU. The result of this thesis is to be acquainted with the recent trends of this area, e.g. support of the further education or internships as an instrument of education in praxis.
