Bakalářská práce se snaží zachytit historii benešovského pivovaru, vystavěného v roce 1897, i jeho předchůdce, Občanského pivovaru a.s., založeného již v roce 1873. Práce pojednává o vnějších i vnitřních změnách podniku včetně jeho organizace a hospodaření za 75 let působení na trhu. Zároveň pojednává i o pivovarnictví v českých zemích v 19. a ve 20. století a zachycuje historii města Benešov doplněnou o historii pivovarnictví a pivovarského průmyslu ve městě od jeho počátku až do založení benešovského pivovaru. Ten se stal jedním z nejdůležitějších podniků benešovského průmyslu. This bachelor thesis aims to capture the history of the Benešov brewery, built in 1897, and its predecessor, Občanský pivovar a.s, founded in 1873. The thesis captures the internal and external changes in the company including its organisation and management for 75 years being on the market. The study also deals with the brewing in the Czech lands in the 19th and 20th Century and captures the history of the town Benešov appended by the history of brewing and beer industry from its beginning until the establishment of the Benešov brewery. This company became one of the most important enterprises of the Benešov industry.
