Předkládaná práce se zaměřuje na problematiku poskytování logopedické intervence u osob s poruchami autistického spektra. Konkrétněji bylo cílem práce a výzkumného projektu analyzovat logopedickou intervenci u dětí s poruchou autistického spektra v rámci klinické logopedie. K tomuto účelu bylo vytyčeno pět hypotéz týkajících se klientely s PAS, míry informovanosti o daní problematice, dalšího vzdělávání klinických logopedů, využití alternativní a augmentativní komunikace a získávání informací o PAS při studiu na vysoké škole. Vlastní výzkum je realizován dvěma způsoby - kvantitativním pomocí dotazníku klinickým logopedům a kvalitativním, který je zaměřen na vyhodnocení logopedické intervence u klientů s PAS v ordinaci klinické logopedie. Při zpracování byly využity techniky analýza dokumentů, analýza výsledků činnosti, rozhovor s rodiči a pozorování. Cílem rigorózní práce je zjistit stav logopedické intervence u klientů s PAS v klinické logopedii a ukázat, jakou formou mohou být terapie vedeny. The present thesis deals with the issue of providing speech-language therapies for people suffering from autism spectrum disorders. The paper and the research project particularly aim to analyse a speech-language intervention for children with an autism spectrum disorder from the view of clinical speech-language pathology. To carry out the research, five hypotheses were suggested. The hypotheses relate to clients with an ASD, to what extent specialists are informed about the issue, consecutive education of speech- language pathologists, use of alternative and augmentative communication and gaining information about ASD during university studies. The research itself is realised in two ways - the quantitative one (questionnaires distributed to clinical speech-language pathologists) and the qualitative one which focuses on the evaluation of speech-language intervention for clients with ASD in the consulting room of clinical speech-language pathologists. The following techniques were included in the research: analysis of documents and results of activities, talks to parents and monitoring.
