Název: Efekt "klouzavého hráče" v průpravné hře 4 na 4 v házené Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je analýza jednotlivých ukazatelů vnitřního a vnějšího zatížení. Zatížení je analyzováno v rámci průpravných her v házené u družstva žen DHK Zora Olomouc. Diplomová práce částečně navazuje a rozvíjí bakalářskou práci Intenzita zatížení hráček v modifikacích v házené z roku 2013 a tuto práci v mnoha ohledech rozvíjí. Průpravné hry jsou rozšířeny o tzv. "klouzavého hráče" a je porovnáván efekt tohoto hráče v jednotlivých hrách. Pro rozhodování jestli je efekt "klouzavého hráče" významný či nikoliv je použita testovací statistika. Metody: V diplomové práci je použita metoda pozorování pro sledování jevů, jež jsou přímo dostupné smyslovému vnímaní. Dále je použita metoda dotazování, kdy na základě dopředu známých ukazatelů jsou účastníci průzkumu dotazování na jejich hodnocení. K získávání hodnot srdeční frekvence je použít měřící přístroj Polar Team 2. V neposlední řadě je použita metoda analýzy dat pro zkoumání a zjišťování souvislostí mezi získanými daty. Výsledky: V rámci diplomové práce bylo zjištěno, že zapojení "klouzavého hráče" do průpravné hry je statisticky nevýznamné. Tzn., že žádným způsobem nepřispívá ke zlepšení fyzické kondice. Výsledky byly potvrzeny jak u subjektivního vnímání zátěže pomocí... Title: The effect of "neutral player" in the small-sided game 4 on 4 in handball Objectives: The main objective of this work is to analyze the characteristics of internal and external loads. The load is analyzed in the framework of small-sided games in team handball for women DHK Zora Olomouc. Diploma thesis partially continues and develops the work of bachelor Intensity loads of players in modifications handball from 2013 and this work is developing in many ways. Small-sided games are extended by "neutral player" and compared the effect of this player in individual games. For deciding whether the effect of "neutral player" significant or not it is used test statistics. Methods: In this thesis, the method of observation to track phenomena that are directly available to sensory perception. Furthermore, the method of questioning when based on forward-known indicators survey participants are asked about their assessment. The acquisition values of heart rate is used meter Polar Team 2. Finally, the method of data analysis for examining and identifying relationships between the data obtained.
