cze Abstract:
V praktické části pak vycházíme z aplikace výzkumu Sheldona Hantona a Grahama Jonese, jenž aplikujeme v českých podmínkách za pomocí standardizovaných metod (dotazník úzkosti CSAI-2(R) a řízeného rozhovoru). The topic of this thesis becomes anxiety issues that negatively affects the enjoyment of sports performance and the performance of the individual itself. It assumes that the level of anxiety can consciously influence through the acquisition of specific mental skills. The theoretical part deals with the individual components that create or otherwise affect anxiety athletes. In the practical part we assume the application of research Sheldon Hanton and Graham Jones, who applied in the Czech environment for using standardized methods (questionnaire anxiety CSAI-2 (R), a guided interview). This is a qualitative research. At the end we evaluate and compare the results.
