[cze][eng] Název: Aktivní životní styl u dětí mladšího školního věku Cíle: Cílem této práce je prozkoumat, zda příbramské děti v mladším školním věku jsou vedeny k aktivnímu a zdravému životnímu stylu. Zjistit zda děti mají dostatek pohybové aktivity, jak se stravují a kolik času tráví u počítače nebo televize. Metody: Ve výzkumu byla použita kvantitativní i kvalitativní metoda. Kvalitativní údaje byly zjišťovány pomocí ankety a kvantitativní s využitím krokoměrů. Z empirických metod bylo použito měření. Měření probíhalo v měsících květen-červen a říjen-listopad 2015. Výsledky: Celkově ze 160 dětí je 14 obézních a 9 má nadváhu. Zbytek žáků má optimální váhu, přiměřeně se stravuje a má dostatek pohybové aktivity. Obézní děti svůj volný čas tráví u počítače nebo televize a nemají žádné zájmové kroužky ani sportovní aktivitu. To find out, whether the kids have enough physical activity, how they eat and how much time they spend at the computer or TV. Methods: The quantitative and qualitative methods were used in my research. The qualitative data were collected through surveys and quantitative data were obtained via step counting by using a pedometer. A measurement was used as an empirical method. Measurements were held in the months of May-June and October-November 2015. Results: It was examined a total of 160 children. 14 of them are obese and 9 are overweight. The rest of the students has an optimal weight, eat adequately and has enough physical activity. Obese children spend their free time at the computer or television and have no hobbies or sports activity.
