Pro ly kognitivního de citu a použití krátké neuropsychologické baterie u různých typů demence Eva Bolceková Abstrakt Tato práce se zabývá pro ly kognitivního de citu a použitím krátké neuropsychologické baterie u pacientů s různými typy demence. Vzrůsta- jící prevalence syndromu demence v současné době vede k potřebě efek- tivní diagnostiky kognitivních poruch v klinicko-psychologické praxi. V teoretické části práce přinášíme přehled neurodegenerativních one- mocnění se zaměřením na popis jejich neuropsychologických projevů. Popisujeme jednotlivé kognitivní domény a jejich neuropsychologické vyšetření. Detailně se pak zabýváme Opakovatelnou baterií pro hodno- cení neuropsychologického stavu (RBANS) a její experimentální českou verzí. Ve výzkumné části práce jsme vyšetřili 311 osob s kognitivním de citem a 118 zdravých dobrovolníků. Skupina pacientů zahrnuje osoby s Alzheimerovou nemocí, mírnou kognitivní poruchou, vaskulární kogni- tivní poruchou, nemocí s Lewyho tělísky, frontotemporální lobární dege- nerací a pacienty s depresí. Popisujeme jejich kognitivní pro ly, uvádíme senzitivitu, speci citu, pozitivní a negativní prediktivní hodnoty RBANS pro zkoumané skupiny a porovnáváme výsledky kontrolního souboru s normativními daty originální verze testu. Increasing prevalence of dementia syndromes highlights the need of their e cient diagnostics in clinical-psychological practice. Theoretical part of this work presents an overview of neurodegenerative diseases with em- phasis on their neuropsychological presentation. We describe the cogni- tive domains and their neuropsychological examination. We address in detail the Repeatable Battery for the Assessment of Neuropsychological Status (RBANS) and its experimental Czech version. Research part of the work is based on neuropsychological examinations of 311 patients with cognitive de cit and 118 healthy controls. Patients' group is comprised of subjects with Alzheimer's disease, mild cognitive impairment, vascular cognitive impairment, Lewy Body disease, frontotemporal lobar degene- ration and patients with depression.
