Cílem této práce je detailně popsat a zanalyzovat reformní pedagogiku Marie Montessori a porovnat ji s tradiční pedagogikou v bodech, ve kterých se tyto dva směry nejvíce rozchází. Dále si tato bakalářská práce klade za cíl popsat jednotlivé metody výuky z hlediska tradičních a alternativních směrů, zaměřených především na výuku cizího jazyka. Toto srovnání je popsáno za účelem vyvrácení, nebo potvrzení hlavní výzkumné otázky, která zkoumá efektivitu využití Montessori výukových metod v kontextu a zázemí tradiční školy. K dosažení relevantní odpovědi na výzkumnou otázku je využito výzkumné metody pozorování a následně na něm založeném experimentu, který v praxi využívá Montessori výukových metod v tradiční základní škole. Klíčová slova Montessori pedagogika, tradiční pedagogika, metody výuky cizího jazyka, efektivita metod The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe in detail and analyze the reformatory pedagogy of Maria Mantessori and to compare it with the traditional pedagogy in the areas, in which these two movements differ most significantly. Then this thesis is aimed at describing individual methods of teaching from the point of view of traditional and alternative school, mainly aimed at foreign languages teaching. This comparison is described in order to prove or disprove the main thesis research question, which observes the effectivity of using Montessori teching methods in the context of a traditional school. To reach the relevant answer to the main research question, research methods such as observation and then experiment, based on the observation outcomes, are employed..
