Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kvality pracovního života (quality of work life, QWL), konkrétně významnými faktory QWL z pohledu managementu v nestátních neziskových organizacích. Vnímání kvality pracovního života se projevuje pozitivně nejen v pracovní spokojenosti, ale také osobní pohodě a pracovní výkonnosti (její produktivitě a kvalitě). Cílem této mapující studie je zjištění významných faktorů QWL subjektivní perspektivou. K tomuto účelu byly využity expertní polostrukturované rozhovory. Výsledky naznačují, že identifikované faktory se shodují s oblastmi QWL uváděné jednotlivými autory či institucemi. Byly identifikovány tyto faktory: absence stresu, mezilidské vztahy na pracovišti, podpora od organizace, vedení, ohodnocení za práci, pracovní prostředí. Ke kladně hodnoceným faktorům patří dobré vztahy na pracovišti, potřebnost a užitečnost služby a možnosti seberealizace. K problematickým faktorům práce vedoucí pracovníci řadí finanční podmínky, povinnosti vyplývající z legislativního rámce, nejistotu z udržitelnosti služby, pohled společnosti a nízkou úroveň prostorového zázemí. Poznatky se mohou stát přínosem pro organizace poskytující sociální služby, mohou být využitelné při snazší implementaci a podpoře faktorů QWL, prožívání osobní pohody v práci, při výběru zaměstnanců, jejich... This thesis deals with the issue of quality of work life (QWL), namely the important factors of QWL in terms of the management of non-governmental organizations (NGO). Perception of QWL has a positive effect on job satisfaction, personal well-being and job performance (its productivity and quality). The aim of this mapping study is to determine the important factors of QWL from the subjective perspective. Expert semistructured interviews were used for this purpose. The results indicate that the identified factors are identical with QWL mentioned by individual authors and institutions. The following factors were identified: absence of stress, interpersonal relationships in the workplace, support from the organization, evaluation of work, working environment. The positively evaluated factors include good relations in the workplace, need and utility of service, and self-actualization. The problematic working factors are financial conditions, obligations arising from the legislative framework, uncertainty about the sustainability of services, view of society and the low level of spatial facilities.
