V naší práci jsme analyzovali základní pohybovou výkonnost 14-15-ti letých členů atletických sportovních středisek (SpS) v roce 2014. Srovnali jsme členy SpS s běžnou populací podle studie Pávka (1977). Testy testující základní pohybovou výkonnost byly 50 m VS, dálka z místa, hod medicinbalem 2 kg a 12 minut běh. Členové SpS 2014 byli statisticky významně lepší ve všech motorických testech než běžná populace podle Pávka (1977). Dále jsme porovnali členy SpS 2014 vůči atletům ČSTV (1982). Atleti ČSTV (1982) byli významně lepší než členové SpS 2014 v motorických testech: skok z místa a 12 minut běh. Dále jsme u specialistů sprinterů a sprinterek zjistili, že se všeobecná pohybová výkonnost specificky promítá do jejich atletické výkonnosti. We compared the members of SpS with school population from the study of Pávek (1977). The basic motoric tests were 50 m run, standing long jump, the medicine ball throw 2kg and the 12 minute run. The memberes of SpS 2014 were significantly better than school population from the study of Pávek (1977). We compared the meberes of SpS with the athletes of ČSTV (1982). The athletes of ČSTV (1982) were significantly better than the meberes of SpS 2014 in motoric tests: standing long jump and 12 minute run. Furthermore, we found that general physical performance of sprinters specifically reflected in their athletic performance.
