Název diplomové práce: Přínos fyzioterapie v léčbě pacientek trpících primární dysmenoreou. Vymezení problému: Primární dysmenorea je jednou z nejčastějších gynekologických afekcí, která postihuje ženskou populaci v produktivním věku. Je charakterizována jako soubor příznaků spojených s menstruací, z nichž hlavním je bolest, a dále celková únava, nechutenství, nauzea, až patologické změny nálad ve smyslu deprese či kolapsových stavů. Tím se menstruace pro ženu stává značným dyskomfortem a narušuje tak její život i z psychosociální stránky. Vzhledem ke kritické roli ženy v rodině i společnosti je nutno řešit tento stav a hledat efektivní a účinné konzervativní metody terapie primární dysmenorey. Cíl práce: Zjištění efektivnosti akupresurní terapie jako možného prostředku léčebné rehabilitace v konzervativní terapii primární dysmenorey. Rozšíření odborných poznatků ohledně fyzioterapeutické intervence primární dysmenorey a jejich implementace do povědomí jak pacientů a laické veřejnosti, tak i do povědomí fyzioterapeutů, gynekologů a jiných zdravotních pracovníků. Metody zpracování: Teoretická část práce se zabývá danou problematikou na úrovni rešeršního a teoretického přehledu aktuálních poznatků jak české, tak zejména zahraniční literatury. Praktická část práce se v podobě experimentu věnuje... Title of thesis: The Benefits of Physiotherapy in the Treatment of Patients Suffering from Primary Dysmenorrhoea. The concept of the problem: Primary dysmenorrhoea is one of the most common gynecological affections, which affects the female population of working age. It is characterized as a set of symptoms associated with menstruation, of which the main is pain and general fatigue, anorexia, nausea, to the pathological changes in mood, in the sence depression or syncopes. This menstrual period becomes considerable discomfort for women and it distorts her life also from psychosocial page. Given the critical role of women in family and society, it is necessary to deal with this situation and seek effective methods of conservative treatment of primary dysmenorrhoea. Objectives: Determination the effectiveness of acupressure therapy as a possible means of medical rehabilitation in the conservative treatment of primary dysmenorrhoea. Extending expertise of physiotherapy intervention of primary dysmenorrhoea and their implementation into the attention of patients and a general public as well as into the attention of other physiotherapists, gynecologists and other health workers.
