Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku celoživotního vzdělávání a učení se u pracovníků pomáhajících profesí. Nejprve poskytuje pohled na specifika a nároky pomáhající profese a na obtížné momenty spojené s jejím výkonem. Dále popisuje jednotlivé formy celoživotního vzdělávání a učení se, a to formální vzdělávání, neformální vzdělávání a informální učení se a klade si za cíl zjistit, která z těchto forem je hodnocena jako přínosná pro zvládání náročných okamžiků při výkonu pomáhající profese. Pomocí kvalitativní metody rozhovoru s vybranými respondenty, pracovníky pomáhajících profesí, je realizováno empirické šetření o zkušenostech s náročnými okamžiky a jednotlivými formami celoživotního vzdělávání a učení se. Následuje analýza získaných zjištění, formulace závěru a doporučení z něj vzešlých. At first, it provides a view on specific requirements of helping profession and on the difficult moments connected with their (people's) performance. Further it describes particular forms of lifelong learning and formal and informal education that tries to find out which of these forms is evaluated as beneficial to cope with the demanding points during the performance of helping profession. By using a qualitative method of an interview with some chosen respondents, workers in helping profession, an empirical inquiry about the people's experience of the difficult moments at work and about each form of lifelong learning and education is performed. Subsequently, the thesis analyses the gained findings then draws up a conclusion and a recommendation which arose from the analysis of the interview.
