Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem tréninku exekutivních funkcí na regulaci negativních emocí. V rámci teoretické části práce autorka představuje soudobé pohledy neuropsychologie, jež akcentují otázku vztahu mezi emocemi a kognicí. Východisko práce stojí na předpokladu, že emočně-regulační a kognitivní procesy spolu významně interagují, a to převážně v oblastech prefrontální kůry. Bude rozebrán procesní model emoční regulace (Gross, 1998), dle něhož je práce s emoční regulací možná skrze kognitivní strategie, tedy procesy, probíhající před vznikem samotné emoční odpovědi. Tyto předpoklady budou dány do souvislostí výzkumů počítačového tréninku exekutivních funkcí. Trénink exekutivních funkcí způsobuje frontální aktivaci (např. Klinberg et al., 2005), která může pozitivně ovlivňovat afektivní fungování a regulaci. Výzkumný projekt se zabývá možností ovlivnění schopnosti regulace negativních emocí prostřednictvím systematického tréninku exekutivních funkcí pomocí programu BrainTwister, který je v klinické praxi využíván k neuropsychologické diagnostice a rehabilitaci. Účinek tréninkového programu je měřen třemi metodami: dotazníky POMS, DERS a experimentem sestaveným na základě IAPS. Výzkumný soubor tvoří celkem 25 osob, z nichž 11 bylo zařazeno do kontrolní skupiny a 14 do skupiny experimentální.... This thesis is focused on the effects of computerized executive functions training on emotion regulation and affective functioning. The theoretical part summarizes cognition-emotion integration and is based on cognitive neuroscience models suggesting that there are bidirectional links between cortical executive functions centers and cortical centers that regulate emotions. Based on process model of emotion regulation (Gross, 1998) it's supposed that it is possible to make interventions of emotion dysregulation also through cognitive, antecedent-focused strategies. These assumptions are linked with computerized executive functions training. Such training might have positive consequences for emotion regulation and emotion functioning, as it generate frontal activation (Klinberg et al., 2005). The study measures the potential effect of executive functions training on regulation of negative emotions. The main intervention is a personalized, computer-based cognitive training program BrainTwister. This program is widely used for clinical and diagnostics praxis and rehabilitation.
