Cílem bakalářské práce je zjištění vytrvalostní úrovně u hráčů 1. ligy ve volejbale a házené. Na základě struktury sportovního výkonu porovnat požadavky na úroveň vytrvalostních schopností ve volejbale a házené a zjistit skutečnou úroveň vytrvalostních schopností. V teoretické části práce se zabývám charakteristikou vybraných sportů, tedy volejbalem a házenou, motorickými schopnostmi a vytrvalostními schopnostmi. V praktické části jsem ze stanovených motorických testů zvolil Cooperův běh a Harvardský step-test pro vyvození skutečných vytrvalostních schopností hráčů 1. ligy. Oba týmy jsem na základě vybraných testů jednou změřil a vyvodil výsledky. Výsledků bylo dosaženo metodou statistickou, zpracování a vyhodnocení nasbíraných dat. Based on the structure of sport performance requirements compared to the level of endurance abilities in volleyball and handball and determine the actual level of endurance abilities. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of selected sports, namely volleyball and handball, motor skills and endurance capabilities. The practical part of the set of motor tests chosen Cooper run and Harvard step-test to draw real endurance skills of players first league. Both teams I selected on the basis of tests once measured and inferred results. Results were achieved by statistical processing and evaluation of data collected.
