Název práce: MANAGEMENT PRAŽSKÉHO SVAZU MALÉHO FOTBALU Cíle práce: Hlavním cílem práce je vytvořit návrhy na zdokonalení svazu PSMF. Vedlejšími cíli práce jsou potom vytvoření strategického plánu a akčních kroků k jeho dosažení; stanovení cílů organizace; vymyslet návrh na úpravu stanov či jiných dokumentů svazu; analýza jednotlivých složek managementu svazu. Metody: V práci jsou použity následující metody: analýza dokumentů, pozorování a nestrukturovaný rozhovor. Na analýzu byly vybrány tyto dokumenty: zakládací listina, propozice pro Hanspaulskou ligu, soutěžní a disciplinární řád. Pozorování se týkalo zasedání STDK a sekretariátu. Rozhovory probíhaly s předsedou Výkonného výboru Karlem Filipem a byly celkem dva. Výsledky: Na základě analýz zhodnocení managementu svazu byly zjištěny nedostatky zejména v oblasti plánování, v organizační struktuře a marketingu. Byl vytvořen strategický plán a návrhy na změny v manažerských funkcích. Tyto výsledky společně s celou bakalářskou prací budou předány předsedovi PSMF Karlu Filipovi, který se společně s Výkonným výborem může výsledky zabývat. Secondary objectives of the thesis are development of strategic plan and an action plan for its attainment; establishment of organisation goals, generation of proposal for amendment of the charter or other organisation documents; analysis of various aspects of association management. Methods: The thesis utilises methods of document analysis, observation and unstructured interview. Following documents were selected for analysis: charter, propositions for Hanspaulska league, competition and disciplinary rules. The observation refers to STDK and secretariat. A total of two interviews were conducted with the chairman of the executive committee Karel Filip. Results: As a result of the analyses, problems were identified in the areas of planning, organisational structure and marketing. A strategic plan was developed along with suggestions for changes in management positions. The findings along with this thesis will be presented to the chairman of PSMF, Karel Filip, who can together with the executive committee deal with them.
