Cílem práce je zmapovat jednu z personálních činností- vzdělávání a rozvoj pedagogických pracovníků ve vzdělávacích institucích, konkrétně v mateřských školách. Teoreticky vymezit pojmy vzdělávání a rozvoj. V teoretické části je popsána personální činnost obecně, historický vývoj personální práce, podrobněji se zaměřuje na řízení lidských zdrojů. V další části práce teoreticky vymezuje rozdíl mezi vzděláváním a rozvojem. Fáze vzdělávání a rozvoje jsou podrobněji analyzovány. Práce se v závěrečné části teoretického oddílu zabývá vzděláváním a rozvojem v kontextu pedagogických pracovníků. V empirické části je metodou dotazníkového šetření popsán a analyzován systém vzdělávání a rozvoje pedagogických pracovníků v mateřských školách v Praze. Jako doplňkové metody je použito interview s ředitelkami mateřských škol na téma vzdělávání a rozvoj pedagogických pracovníků v mateřské škole. Šetření je dále doplněno o analýzu dokumentů, které souvisejí se vzděláváním a rozvojem pedagogických pracovníků. Diplomová práce je dílčím krokem k poznání celé problematiky vzdělávání a rozvoje pedagogických pracovníků v mateřských školách. Výsledky výzkumu mohou sloužit managementu vzdělávání zpřehlednit personální činnost vzdělávání a rozvoj pedagogických pracovníků, z pohledu pedagogických pracovníků, ale i z pohledu... The aim of this thesis is to map one of the activity- personnel training and development of teaching staff in educational institutions, particularly in kindergartens. Theoretically define the concepts of learning and development. The theoretical part describes the personnel activity in general, the historical development of human resources work, focuses on human resources management in detail. The next section defines theoretical difference between education and development. Education and development phases are analyzed in detail. The work deals with the education and development in the context of teaching staff in the final part of the theoretical section. In the empirical part by questionnaires is described and analyzed the systém of education and development of teachers in kindergartens in Prague. As a supplementary method is, used an interview with the directors of nurseries on the education and development of teachers in kindergarten. The survey is further complemented by an analysis of the documents relating to the education and development of teachers. The thesis is a partial step towards understanding the whole issue of education and development of teachers in kindergartens.
