Kateřina Svěcená, Ph.D. Název bakalářské práce: Ergodiagnostika u pacientů po transverzální lézi míšní z pohledu ergoterapeuta Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem ergodiagnostiky pacientů s transverzální lézí míšní v České republice a ve světě. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit současný způsob a možnosti poskytování ergodiagnostiky u pacientů s transverzální lézí míšní. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na ergoterapeutické vyšetření, jež je součástí ergodiagnostiky. Teoretická část shrnuje přístupy k pracovní rehabilitaci a ergodiagnostice v České republice a v zahraničí. Jsou popsané metody, jež by se mohly aplikovat v České republice. Praktická část navazuje na část teoretickou, doplňuje proces ergodiagnostiky a pracovní rehabilitace o pohled žadatelů a poskytovatelů v České republice. V rámci praktické části je zpracována kazuistika tetraplegika a vytipovány metody vhodné pro hodnocení jedince s míšním poškozením. Kateřina Svěcená, Ph.D. Topic: Prevocational rehabilitation in patients with spinal cord injury from the point of view of occupational therapist The thesis describes the current work rehabilitation and prevocational rehabilitation process in the Czech Republic and in the developed countries abroad. The theoretical part summarizes approaches toward the work rehabilitation and key findings from the vocational rehabilitation of patients with spinal cord injury in developed countries. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to ascertain the prevocational rehabilitation of patients with complete spinal cord injury and to identify appropriate methods suitable for the occupational therapists' assessment. The practical part follows the theoretical section by answering, how the current prevocational assessment looks like. It explains the process and approach toward the patients with spinal cord injury from the view of applicant and provider. Moreover, it includes the casuistry of tetraplegic patients and his prevocational assessment from the point of view of occupational therapist.
