Záměrem této bakalářské práce na téma "Problematika ošetřování centrálních žilních katétrů" bylo zjistit vzdělanost sester v dané problematice. Porovnat úroveň vědomostí sester na standardních a specializovaných pracovištích ve Fakultní nemocnici v Motole. Práce je rozčleněna na části teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část přináší přehled dosavadních poznatků řešené problematiky. V práci popíši typy centrálních žilních katétrů, jejich indikace, kontraindikace, přístupy, průběh zavedení, komplikace a ošetřovatelskou péči. V závěru teoretické části uvedu informace o výskytu katétrových infekcí. Empirická část se věnuje vyhodnocování strukturalizovaného dotazníkového šetření, které bylo provedeno kvantitativní metodou. Dotazníky byly rozdány na standardních odděleních interní a onkologické kliniky, na specializovaných odděleních koronární jednotky, metabolické jednotky a anesteziologicko-resuscitačním oddělení ve FN Motole. Získaná data budu prezentovat pomocí grafového a tabulkového znázornění s podrobným slovním popisem. Na konci práce uvádím návrhy řešení na zjištěné nedostatky. The aim of this thesis on the topic "The issue of treating central venous catheters" was to determine the education of nurses in the field. Compare the level of knowledge of nurses on standard and specialized departments at the University Hospitál Motol. The work is dividend into theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part provides an overview of current knowledge of Tavole. In this work I will describe the type sof central venous catheters, thein indications, contraindications, approaches, course inroduction, complications and nursing care. At the end of the theoretical part will bring information on the incidence of catheter infection. The empirical part drala with the evaluation of texturized questionnaire survey, which was conducted by a quantitative method. Questionnaires were handed out at the department of internal standard and oncology clinics, the specialized department sof coronary care units, metabolit units and anestesiology and resuscitation department at the University Hospital Motol. The obtained data will be presented usány the graph and tabulář representation with a detailed verbal description. At the end of the thesis I propose solutions to identified deficiencies.
