Praha, Fakulta humanitních studií, Katedra Řízení a supervize v v sociálních a zdravotnických organizacích, Univerzita Karlova, 2014, 115 s. Diplomová práce. Obsah této diplomové práce je zaměřen na téma motivace pracovníků poskytujících služby v K - centrech a v terénních programech určených uživatelům drog. Cílem diplomové práce je zanalyzovat motivaci pracovníků v K - centrech (KC) a v terénních programech (TP), prostřednictvím vlastního výzkumu. Cílem práce je též pomocí rozhovorů zjistit stávající formy motivace ze strany vedoucích pracovníků. Teoretická část práce je věnována bližšímu popisu specifik práce s osobami závislými na omamných psychotropních látkách, řízení lidských zdrojů v sociálních službách, pojmu motivace, motivačním faktorům, typů motivace a motivačním teoriím. Dále je práce věnována především interpretaci dat získaných dotazníkovým šetřením, soustředěným na stávající motivaci pracovníků v KC a TP a jejich následné analýze. Výsledná zjištění jsou v další fázi porovnávána s výpověďmi z rozhovorů, které byly pořízeny se zástupci vedení organizací, kde bylo také provedeno dotazníkové šetření. The content of this thesis is focused on the motivation of employee providing services in K - centers and streetwork programs for drug users. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the motivation of workers in the K - centers and street work programs through the own research. The aim is also determine existing forms of managers motivation by the interviews with them. The theoretical part is devoted to a more detailed description of the specifics of working with persons addicted to narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, human resources, social services, the concept of motivation, motivational factors, types of motivation and motivational theories. Further work is mainly devoted to the interpretation of data obtained by questionnaire survey, centered on existing staff motivation in KC and TP and their subsequent analysis.
