Název: Hodnocení EMG aktivity vybraných svalů v rámci kompenzačních cvičení volejbalistů Cíl práce: Cílem této diplomové práce je porovnat svalovou aktivitu při dvou různých typech odporu - manuálním odporu terapeuta a odporu Thera-Bandu - při provádění 1. diagonály flekčního a extenčního vzorce dle PNF pro horní končetinu. A dále posoudit, zda je možné využít techniku proprioceptivní neuromuskulární facilitace v kombinaci s užitím Thera-Bandu v rámci kompenzačních cvičení volejbalistů. Metodika: Jedná se o případovou studii. Pomocí povrchové elektromyografie byla snímána elektrická aktivita m. biceps brachii, m. deltoideus pars posterior, a m. trapezius pars caudalis a jejich antagonistů u pěti probandů. Snímání elektrické aktivity probíhalo během 1. diagonály flekčního a extenčního vzorce pro horní končetinu za dvou odlišných typů kladení odporu (manuální odpor terapeuta versus odpor Thera-Bandu). Výsledky: Aktivita m. trapezius pars caudalis a m. deltoideus pars posterior je při provádění 1. diagonály extenčního vzorce srovnatelná při manuálním odporu terapeuta a při odporu Thera-Bandem. Výsledky naznačily, že u volejbalistů má elastický odpor význam pro posílení m. deltoideus pars posterior a m. trapezius pars caudalis. And then consider whether there is a possibility to use the method of PNF in a combination with Thera- Band during volleyball players' compensatory exercise. Methodology: The thesis has a character of a case study. Using surface electromyography on five probands, we recorded the electrical activity of musculus biceps brachii, musculus deltoideus pars posterior, musculus trapezius pars caudalis, and their antagonists. The electrical activity was recorded during diagonal one flexion and extension patterns PNF for upper extremity, using two types of resistance (the manual resistance of the practitioner and the Thera-Band resistance). Results: During diagonal one extension pattern, the activity of musculus trapezius pars caudalis and musculus deltoideus pars posterior is comparable with the manual resistance of the practitioner and the Thera-Band resistance.
