Diplomová práce se zabývá formami spolupráce mezi rodinou - školou, jejich významem na počátku školní docházky, přínosem v oblasti individualizace potřeb dítěte a vzdělávacích pokroků. Akčním výzkumem hledám odpověď na otázku za jakých podmínek má spolupráce s rodiči pozitivní vliv na učební pokroky dítěte a v jednotlivých kazuistikách žáků popisuji efektivní formy spolupráce, které přispívají k naplňování principu individualizace ve vzdělávání dětí. Dalšími metodami využitými v rámci akčního výzkumu jsou: rozhovor, emailová korespondence, pozorování, vedení záznamů, tripartitní setkání, vystoupení, hodnocení. Během výzkumu se podařilo navázat spolupráci se všemi rodiči žáků jazykového kurzu a zároveň individualizovat jejich potřeby s ohledem na rozumové schopnosti i domácí zázemí. Zjistila jsem, že rodiče jsou ochotni spolupracovat, pokud k tomu učitel dokáže vytvořit podmínky nejen na půdě školy, ale především zda dokáže volit vhodné strategie a formy spolupráce s ohledem na domácí podmínky žáka. Přínos této práce spatřuji v realizaci přístupu zaměřeného na dítě a jeho individuální rozvoj a v ověření různých forem spolupráce s rodiči, které mají pozitivní vliv na vzdělávání dětí na počátku školní docházky. KLÍČOVÁ SLOVA Rodina - škola, dítě, spolupráce, individualizace, akční výzkum, kazuistiky žáků This diploma thesis deals with forms of cooperation between family - school, their meaning at the beginning of the school attendance, the benefit of the individualization of the child's needs and the educational progress. Action research seeking to answer the question under what conditions the cooperation with parents has a positive impact on the learning progress of the child and in the individual case reports we describe the effective forms of the cooperation which contribute to the principle of the individualization in the education of children. Other methods in the context of the action research are: interview, e-mail correspondence, observation, recording, tripartite meetings, performances, evaluation. During our research we managed to establish cooperation with all parents of the pupils of the language course and also individualize their needs with regard to their cognitive abilities and home background. We have found that the parents are willing to cooperate if the teacher is able to create conditions for that not only at school but also whether he or she can choose appropriate strategies and forms of cooperation with regard to domestic conditions of the pupil.
