Záměrem předkládané práce je zkonstruovat a představit obecný rámec fungování vodního hospodářství a vodohospodářské politiky mezi léty 1870-1928, konkrétně na území Čech (České země). Zkoumáním této problematiky se pokusím představit obor vodního hospodářství jako v této době nový, progresivní a přelomový aspekt zemědělské politiky Rakouska-Uherska a jeho jednotlivých zemí, který byl chápán jako prostředek modernizace zemědělství s dalekosáhlým dopadem na zemědělskou politiku, a který zahájil novou éru v oblasti hospodářského užívání vod. Ve druhé části práce se na příkladu Rakovnického potoka pokusím postihnout vývoj využívání vodního toku v hospodářství, který předcházel roku 1870 a na tomtéž příkladu se zaměřím praktické výsledky nové vodohospodářské politiky nastíněné v první části práce, tedy v letech 1870-1928. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org) The intention of this work is to construct and present general ambit of running of water management and water management policy between years 1870-1928, specifically in the Czech territory (Czech country). By researching this problem I am going to present the field of Water Management at that time like a new, progressive and ground-breaking aspect of agricultural policy of Austria-Hungary and its countries, which was understood as a tool for modernization with far-reaching effect on agricultural policy. This approach also started the new era of agricultural use of water. In the second part of this work I want to present on the example of Rakovník stream the development of using the water in the water management, which preceded 1870 and on this same example I am going to focus on practical results of the new water management policy which were presented in the first part of the work, in years 1870-1928.
