V této práci autor popisuje informace o kurikulární reformě, která proběhla v základním uměleckém vzdělávání. Seznamuje nás s pojmy kurikulum, kurikulární reforma, rámcový vzdělávací program, školní vzdělávací program. Představuje postup reformy v základním uměleckém vzdělávání a nahlíží také do reforem, které proběhly v ostatních typech škol. Dále se zamýšlí nad vlivem reformy na řízení školy a nad přijetím změn, na které musel reagovat management školy. Popisuje, jaké jsou manažerské funkce, které musí ředitel při zavádění školního vzdělávacího programu používat. Nahlíží také na zavádění ŠVP z pohledu České školní inspekce. Následně předkládá výsledky výzkumu, který zjišťuje názory ředitelů základních uměleckých škol z celé České republiky na zavedení reformy v základním uměleckém vzdělávání. The author acquaints us with the following terms: "curriculum, curricular reform, frame educational programme, school educational programme". The work introduces the process of reform in the elementary artistic education and looks into reforms, which took place in the other types of schools. It also gives a thought to the influence of reform on management of schools and to the adoption of changes, to which the school management had to respond. It also describes the managerial functions, which the school principal has to use when putting the school educational programme in place. It also looks on introduction of the school educational programme from the point of view of the Czech School Inspection. At the conclusion, it presents the results of research, which asked the opinions of principals of the elementary artistic schools from all over the Czech Republic regarding the introduction of the reform in the elementary artistic education.
