[cze][eng] Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá československou emigrací po roce 1948, zaměřuje se na emigraci na australský kontinent, konkrétně pak vznikem a fungováním sokolských jednot v Austrálii. Na základě osobních svědectví a archivních materiálů přináší pohled na příčiny a způsoby provedení emigrace po únoru 1948. Rovněž mapuje počínání krajanů v nové domovině. Blíže se pak zabývá sokolskou jednotou v Sydney. Cílem práce je zmapovat československou emigraci v Austrálii. Jakým způsobem emigrace vystupovala proti totalitnímu režimu a jak reflektovala politické dění v Československu. Rovněž by měla ukázat, jak sokolství a sokolské ideje pomáhaly emigrantům nejen začlenit se do australské společnosti, udržet národní smýšlení a tradice. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)This thesis deals with the Czechoslovak emigration after 1948, focusing on emigration to the Australian continent, and specifically the formation and functioning of the Sokol Unity in Australia. Based on personal testimonies and archival materials brings insight into the causes and ways of implementation emigration after 1948. It also monitors behavior countrymen in the new homeland. Closer then covers Sokol unity in Sydney. The aim is to map the Czechoslovak exile in Australia. How emigration opposed the totalitarian regime and reflected political events in Czechoslovakia.
