Klíčová slova: dětský domov, socializace, hodnotová orientace, komunikace, osvěta Abstrakt Diplomová práce pojednává o odchodu zletilých z náhradní výchovné péče. Popisuje charakter ústavní péče v České republice. Zaměřuje se na formy odborné pomoci mla- dým lidem, kteří se připravují na odchod z dětského domova a vstup do samostatného života. Cílem diplomové práce je představit a popsat projekt, který se zaměřuje na práci s mladými lidmi z dětských domovů, kteří se připravují na odchod z tohoto zařízení. Snahou projektu je usnadnit mladým lidem a zaměstnancům dětských domovů vzájemnou komunikaci ve vztahu k tématu odcházení. Během realizace byly využity metody observační, aktivizující a metoda rozhovoru. Vzorek respondentů se skládal z mladistvých ve věku 15 až 18 let. Výstupem projektu se stala brožura s názvem Vodchod a co dál?, která slouží jako metodická pomůcka při práci s cílovou skupinou. Diplomová práce mapuje prostředí, ve kterém se mladí lidé nacházejí a skrze výstupy projektu se snaží reagovat na specifickou situaci, která nastává při ukončení ústavní péče. Key words: childen's home, socialization, value orientation, communication, edification Abstract This thesis deals with the phenomena of the departure of the young people from the surrogate care when they become of age. It describes the character of the institutional care in the Czech Republic. The thesis is focused on the form of professional help to the young people, who are about to leave their children's home and thus entering an adult life. The main goal of the thesis is to present and describe a project, that project aims to work with the young people in the children's home, who are preparing to leave this facility. The aim of the project is to facilitate specific communication between the young people and the staff of the children's home to talk to each other about the topic of leaving. During the implementation were used observational, activating and an interviewing methods. The sample of respondents consisted of adolescents aged 15-18 years.
