[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem vysílání veřejné služby v České republice Nizozemsku. V úvodní části hovoří o důvodech jejich existence a požadavcích, které jsou obecně na média veřejné služby kladené. Zabývá se také objektivitou médií a její možnou kritikou. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na vysílání veřejné služby v Nizozemsku. Nastiňuje, na jakých historických základech a v jakém prostředí se tamější systém konstituoval a shrnuje jeho vývoj. V této části je také popsáno normativní prostředí, které nizozemský systém upravuje. Zabývá se financováním médií veřejné služby, regulačními orgány a konečně i tím, jaké instrumenty nizozemský systém uplatňuje, aby plnil veřejnou služby tak, jak byla popsána v předchozí části. Tuto část uzavírá přehled aktuálních vysílatelů, nizozemských televizních kanálů veřejné služby, rozhlasových stanic veřejné služby a jejich programových dominant. Třetí část nabízí pohled na rozhlasové vysílání veřejné služby v Česku. Shrnuje jeho vývoj v období demokratických vlád, představuje model jeho financování, představuje regulatorní orgány a shrnuje požadavky, které jsou v Českém prostředí na vysílání veřejné služby kladené. Tuto část uzavírá přehled rozhlasových stanic veřejné služby v České republice a souhrn jejich programových dominant. Jednotlivé aspekty jsou vždy...This thesis is concerned with public service broadcasting systems in the Netherlands and the Czech republic. In the first part it deals with reasons of existence of public service broadcasting and demands made to them in general. It also follows up the question of objectivity of media and possible criticism of it. Second part of this thesis is focused on public service broadcasting in the Netherlands. Historical basis and the social environment and history of the Dutch public service broadcasting are outlined there. Information about funding and regulation of public service media can be also find there. In this part of the work author also describes instruments that are used in order to fulfill public service objectives as described in the first part. List of Dutch public broadcasters, TV and radio channels and their recognizable broadcasts is at the end of this part. The third part describes public service radio broadcasting in the Czech Republic. History of Czech Radio, in the democratic periods, funding and regulation system is in this part followed by requirements of public service media in the Czech perspective.
