Název: Spokojenost účastníků s organizací Mistrovství světa v basketbalu mužů do 19 let 2013 Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit spokojenost účastníků s organizací Mistrovství světa v basketbalu mužů do 19 let 2013 a tyto výsledky dále použít pro vylepšení celkové organizace následujícího Mistrovství světa. Metody: Výzkum byl proveden prostřednictvím písemného dotazování. Dotazníky byly předány jednotlivým výpravám, které se Mistrovství světa zúčastnily. Výsledky: Převážná většina účastníků byla s organizačním zajištěním šampionátu spokojena, k nespokojenosti výrazněji přispěla pouze atmosféra na sportovištích a webové stránky turnaje. Klíčová slova: Spokojenost účastníků, měření spokojenosti, Mistrovství světa v basketbalu 2013, muži do 19 let Title: Satisfaction of participants with organization of the Men's U19 World Basketball Championship in 2013 Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out satisfaction of participants with organization of the Men's U19 World Basketball Championship in 2013 and to use the results to improvement of the next events. Methods: The survey was performed by a written questionnaire. The questionnaire was given to individual teams, which participated in the event. Results: The vast majority of participants were satisfied with the organization of the Championship. Dissatisfaction was caused only by the atmosphere in both sports arenas and by the tournament's website.
