Tématem bakalářské práce je vztah učitele a žáka v mimoškolní výchově. Toto téma jsem vybrala na základě toho, že o mimoškolní výchově, konkrétně o utváření vztahu učitele mezi žáky v mimoškolní výchově, není podle mě dosud dostatečné množství literatury a je to stále oblast méně diskutovaná. V teoretické části bakalářské práce jsem se zabývala interakcí učitele a žáka, což bylo předmětem mého výzkumu. Porovnala jsem mimoškolní a školní výchovu, zaměřila jsem se na osobnost učitele a žáka a na utváření vztahu mezi učitelem a žákem. Cílem teoretické části bylo porovnat školní a mimoškolní výchovu, charakterizovat osobnost učitele a žáka a popsat proces utváření vztahu učitele a žáka v mimoškolní výchově. V empirické části jsem provedla výzkum, na který jsem použila kvalitativní metodu a jako nástroj zvolila polostrukturované interview. Interview bylo směřováno učitelům, kteří se zabývají mimoškolní výchovou. Cílem empirické části bylo zjistit, jaké faktory ovlivňují vztah učitele a žáka. Dílčími cíli bylo zjistit, jaké vlastnosti jsou podle učitelů žáky oceňovány a jaké metody výuky učitelé nejčastěji volí. Cílem celé práce bylo charakterizovat mimoškolní výchovu, poukázat na osobnost učitele a žáka, jako účastníky mimoškolní výchovy a vymezit hlavní faktory působící na jejich vzájemný vztah v... The theme of this bachelor thesis is the relationship between teacher and pupil in extracurricular education. This theme was chosen on the basis that extracurricular education, specifically the creation of the relationship between teacher and pupil in extracurricular education, not by me a lot of literature and it is still an area less discussed. The theoretical part of the thesis I have dealt with the interaction between teacher and pupil, which was the subject of my research. I compared the extracurricular and school education, I have focused on the personality of the teacher and the pupil, and the shaping of the relationship between teacher and pupil. The aim of theoretical part was to compare the school and extracurricular education, characterize the personality of the teacher and pupil and describe the process of forming a relationship between teacher and pupil in school education. The empirical part I made research, which I used qualitative method as a tool chosen semi-structured interview. Interview was directed to teachers who deal with extracurricular education. The aim of this thesis was to determine which factors influence the relationship between teacher and pupil.
