Cilem prace je analyza postiktalniho obdobi- možne změny motoriky po epileptickych zachvatech. Epilepticke zachvaty budou vyvolany elektrickym dražděnim mozkove kůry laboratorniho potkana. Použijeme intenzitu stimulace pro model lidskeho myoklonickeho zachvatu. Kontrolni skupiny budou zviřata intaktni. Jednotlive skupiny budou tvořeny minimalně 10 zviřaty, ktera budou sledovana, jak bezprostředně po zachvatu, tak s časovym odstupem. Budeme sledovat zviřata 12denni, 18denni a 25denni, ktera se zasadně liši nepřitomnosti (12denni) nebo přitomnosti (25denni) postiktalni deprese. The aim of the work was analysis of postictal period - possible changes of motor performance after seizure. Epileptic afterdischarges are induced by stimulation cof ortical sensorimotor area in rat. We will use the intensity to produce human myoclonic seizure in 12-, 18- a 25- days old animals. The youngets and the oldest groups differ by the absence (12-day-old rats) or presence (25-day-old- ones) of postictal refractoriness. Control groups will be formed by intact animals.
