Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou úrazy a nemoci z povolání ve zdravotnickém zařízení. Autor čtenáře seznámí s právní úpravou úrazů a nemocí z povolání v České republice, a to se zvláštním zaměřením na úrazy a nemoci z povolání ve zdravotnických zařízeních. Podrobně rozebírá jednotlivé nároky na plnění v případě úrazů a nemocí z povolání. Bakalářská práce seznamuje čtenáře se současnou platnou právní úpravou a nastiňuje možný budoucí vývoj ve zmíněné oblasti.
