Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapování využívaných informačních a komunikačních technologií v krajských inspektorátech České školní inspekce a zjištění, zda informační a komunikační technologie nějakým způsobem změnily činnost pracovníků krajských inspektorátů po určitém období. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky týkající se základních pojmů z oblasti informačních a komunikačních technologií. Další část je věnována charakteristice, činnosti a organizační struktuře České školní inspekce a využívání ICT zaměstnanci inspektorátů před rokem 2006 a po tomto období. Ve výzkumné části jsou analyzovány výsledky výzkumu, který byl proveden dotazníkovým šetřením mezi školními inspektory a kontrolními pracovníky, kteří u ČŠI pracovali již před rokem 2006 a pracují dosud. Výzkum je doplněn řízenými rozhovory s řediteli inspektorátů. Závěrečná část shrnuje výsledky výzkumu a formuluje návrhy na zkvalitnění využívání informačních a komunikačních technologií v inspekční práci ve formě doporučení pro management inspektorátů. KLÍČOVÁ SLOVA: Česká školní inspekce, informační a komunikační technologie, informační společnost, školní inspektoři a kontrolní pracovníci, notebooky, intranet, informační systémy, InspIS (inspekční informační systém), sběr dat The aim of thesis is to map information and communication technologies used in regional inspectorates of the Czech School Inspectorate and to find out, whether information and communication technologies have changed the activities of regional inspectorates staff to any extent during a certain period of time. The theoretical section summarizes theoretical findings concerning fundamental terms in the field of information and communication technologies. Other part is dedicated to the characteristics, activities and organizational structure of the Czech School Inspectorate as well as to the utilization of ICT technologies by inspectorates staff before 2006 and after this period of time. The research section presents an analysis of the research outcomes based on a questionnaire survey conducted among those inspectors and auditors who have been working for the CSI since 2006 until present. The survey is complemented by a structured interview with regional inspectorate directors. The final section summarizes the research outcomes and formulates suggestions for quality improvements in utilization of information and communication technologies in inspection work in the form of recommendations for management of the inspectorates.
