Název diplomové práce: Pedagogické hodnocení ročního tréninkového cyklu běžce na 800 m v letech 2010 a 2011 Zpracoval: Bc. Michal Novák Vedoucí diplomové práce: odb. as. Aleš Kaplan Cíle práce: deskriptivní rozbor dvou ročních tréninkových cyklů z hlediska objemu a využití různých vybraných tréninkových prostředků, charakteristiky zátěže a vztahů mezi sportovním výkonem a výkonností. Metodika práce: v této práci bylo využito pedagogické hodnocení pomocí obsahové analýzy tréninkových dokumentů. Výsledky práce: využitím tempové a speciální vytrvalosti v závodním období bylo dosaženo maximální výkonnosti v obou sledovaných sezónách. Závodník se i přes zdravotní problémy ve druhé sledované sezóně (2011) dostal na svá osobní maxima díky zkvalitnění rychlostní složky atleta a také velmi důslednou rehabilitací, která umožnila rychlý návrat po zranění. Aleš Kaplan Aims of the thesis: A descriptive analysis of a two years-long training cycles from the perspective of the different training means, load characteristics and the relations between the sport performance and its efficiency. Methodology: In this thesis the method of pedagogical evaluation using the qualitative analysis of the training documents was applied. Results: Using tempo and special endurance throughout the racing season was achieved maximum efficiency in both monitored zones.
