Název práce: Vliv fyzioterapie na zkrácení délky hospitalizace u pacientů s totální endoprotézou kyčelního kloubu: literární rešerše Cíl práce: Cílem práce bylo vyhledat a porovnat dostupné studie zkoumající vliv tzv. mimořádné fyzioterapie na zkrácení délky hospitalizace pacientů s totální endoprotézou kyčelního kloubu. Dále bylo cílem této práce vyhledat a zpracovat dostupné literární zdroje o kyčelním kloubu, totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu z pohledu anatomie, kineziologie a biomechaniky a o délce doby hospitalizace za účelem sestavit kompilaci k dané problematice. Metody: Diplomová práce má deskriptivně-analytický charakter a je zpracována formou literární rešerše. Výsledky: Pomocí fyzioterapie je možné výrazně zkrátit délku doby hospitalizace pacientů s totální endoprotézou kyčelního kloubu. Budoucí výzkum by se mohl zaměřit na konkrétnější soubor pacientů a zabývat se otázkou možného ušetření nákladů při zkrácení délky doby hospitalizace pomocí fyzioterapie. Klíčová slova: kyčelní kloub, totální endoprotéza, TEP, fyzioterapie, délka hospitalizace Title: Effect of physiotherapy to reduce the length of hospital stay in patients with total hip arthroplasty: a literature review Objective: The purpose of this thesis is to research and compare available studies investigating the effect of extra physiotherapy in reducing the length of stay for patients with total hip arthroplasty. In addition, to make a compilation of available sources about issue of the hip, total hip arthroplasty in terms of anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics and length of hospital stay. Methods: This diploma thesis has descriptively-analytical character and is structured in the form of literary review. Results: Physiotherapy decreases length of stay in patients with total hip arthroplasty. Future research could address a specific group of subjects and the issue of cost-effectiveness in reducing the length of hospital stay by physiotherapy.
