Resumé Závěrečná diplomová práce se zabývá nepříznivým demografickým vývojem v jednotlivých krajích České republiky a jeho dopadem do středních škol. Komentuje aplikaci zřizovatelských kompetencí a opatření v době úbytku žáků středních škol v jednotlivých krajích. Zjištěné údaje jsou analyzovány a slouží jako výchozí materiál k nastínění ideálního modelu - jak postupovat při slučování škol a jaké faktory ovlivňují průběh slučování či rušení těchto zařízení. V závěru se zabývá spoluprací nově vzniklých subjektů, synergií škol a tvorbou nově vzniklých pracovních týmů. Popisuje proces řízení změny a její jednotlivé fáze. Zdrojem informací je aktuální manažerská literatura a dále webové stránky jednotlivých krajů - jejich výroční zprávy o stavu vzdělávací soustavy v příslušném kraji a koncepce vzdělávání v kraji za určité období. Jako zdroj informací dále slouží zápisy ze zastupitelstev krajů a koncepčních oddělení odborů školství. Závěrečná práce přináší celkový pohled na slučování středních škol v celé České Republice a může sloužit jako pomocný materiál pro pracovníky organizačních oddělení odborů školství na krajských úřadech. Dále může být dobrou pomůckou pro ředitele středních škol při procesu optimalizace škol a může poskytovat praktické rady, jak zvládnout probíhající transformaci ve školství. This diploma thesis engages in adverse demographic development i nthe regions of the Czech Republic and its impact on schools. It comments on the application founding competencies and mesaures at the time of losing of secondary schools pupils in each regions. Discovered data are analyzed and they're used as like as starting material for outling the ideal model - how to act in the merging of schools and witch factors influence the course of merging and abolishing these devices. The conclusion deals with cooperation of newly formed entities, synegies of schools and the creation of newly formed teams. It describes the process of controling the change and its individuals phases. The source of the informations is the current managerial literature and the websites of the regions - their annual reports of the state of the educational systemin the region concered and the concept of education in the region for a certain period. As a source of information also serves minutes of regional councils and policy department education departments. Final thesis gives a complete view of the merging of secondary schools in the Czech Republic and can serve as an auxiliary material for the emploees of the organizational personnel department at regional offices.
