[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku asistentské služby v České republice. Důraz je kladen na funkci asistenta pedagoga, která představuje jednu ze dvou forem asistentské služby. Jednotlivé kapitoly se věnují jejímu legislativnímu vymezení, možnostem vzdělávání asistentů pedagoga i vybraný problémům této funkce. Ve vztahu k ní je část práce věnována problematice integrace žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Důraz je kladen na integraci žáků s Aspergerovým syndromem. Práce se soustředí na jeho definici, historii, diagnostická kritéria a z nich vyplývajících aspektů pedagogické práce. Součástí bakalářské práce je také případová studie žáka s Aspergrovým syndromem.The bachelor's thesis is focused on the issue of assistance service in the Czech Republic. The emphasis is put on the function of assistant pedagogue. This function represents one of the two forms of assistance service. Some of the chapters are concerned with legislative determination of assistance service, educational options for assistant pedagogue; and specific difficulties of this function as well. With regards to this function, part of the thesis is deals with the issue of integration of students with special educational needs. Stress is laying on the integration of scholars with Asperger's syndrome. The thesis focuses on its definition, history, diagnostic criteria and the consequential aspects of pedagogic work. The bachelor's thesis also includes a case study of scholar with Asperger's syndrome.
