Tento text se věnuje tématu mediální prezentace procesu s protektorátní vládou. Na příkladu tohoto procesu se pokouším přiblížit, jakým způsobem byl tento historický proces vykreslen na stránkách dobových periodik Rudé právo, Lidová demokracie a Svobodné noviny. Na pozadí této analýzy dobového tisku se také pokouším o vyobrazení charakteru poválečné doby, která se vyznačovala přelomovými změnami v československé společnosti a státu. Z toho důvodu se v tomto textu zaobírám otázkou dopadu války na plány exilové vlády v Londýně na rekonstrukci poválečného Československa. V této souvislosti přibližuji pozadí vzniku retribuce, a to jak z hlediska postoje spojeneckých velmocí, tak i z hlediska přístupu československé politické reprezentace. Vzhledem ke skutečnosti, že samotná retribuce byla určitým prostředkem k tomu, aby se poválečná společnost vyrovnala se svou minulostí a započala novou etapu své existence, zaobírám se v tomto textu také přiblížením politického pozadí procesu s protektorátní vládou. Zejména se v tomto případě zaměřuji na pokusy o ovlivňování tohoto procesu a diskuze, které se vedly ohledně viny a otázky potrestání obžalovaných. Se zájmy tehdejší politické scény souvisela také otázka médií, která se hojně věnovala podávání informací o průběhu tohoto procesu. V tomto textu se proto... This thesis is focused on medial presentation of the trial with the protectorate government. On the case of this process I try to show how this historical trial was depicted on the pages of the periodical press Rudé právo, Lidová demokracie and Svobodné noviny. On the background of this analysis of the historical press I intend to picture the character of the afterwar years which had been characterized by groundbreaking changes within the czech society and the state. From this reason I pay attention to the question of the impact of the war on the exil london government's plans for the reconstruction of the postwar Czechoslovakia. Regarding the connection with all the postwar changes I try to picture the background of the origin of the retribution, both from the czech and foreign point of view. In consideration of the fact, that the retribution itself was a kind of means of coping with the past and starting a new period of existence, I also try do depict the political background of the trial with the protectorate government. Particularly I focus on the attempts to influence this trial and discussions, that had been circulating regarding the guilt and punishment of the defendants.
