Psychická zátěž vrcholových manažerů - strategie zvládání stresu Ing.Mgr.Martin Pospíchal, Filozofická fakulta Univerzity Karlovy v Praze, 2013 Tématem rigorózní práce je problematika psychické zátěže, resp. psychické zátěže u profesí, které jsou jejímu působení vystaveny ve zvýšené míře. Z nepřeberného množství profesí, ve kterých na člověka působí intenzivní psychická zátěž, je v rigorózní práci zkoumána problematika skupiny vrcholových manažerů, konkrétně pracovníků vrcholového managementu z oblasti firem zabývajících se prodejem informačních technologií. Cílem práce je především postihnout způsoby a strategie zvládání stresu u této cílové skupiny. Z metodického hlediska bylo pro výzkum použito metody polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a standardizovaného dotazníku pro zjišťování strategií zvládání stresu. Provedené výzkumy nasvědčují tomu, že intenzivní psychická zátěž tvoří nedílnou součást výkonu profese vrcholového manažera. Její působení je hodnoceno jako více zatěžující ve srovnání s nižším pracovním zařazením, a to především z pohledu širšího spektra působících forem psychické zátěže. Za převažující typy zvládání působící psychické zátěže se ve výzkumu ukazují především aktivní způsoby vyrovnávání se se zátěží, jako je kontrola a řízení situace samotné, dále kontrola vlastních reakcí v dané... Mental load of top management - coping with stress Ing.Mgr.Martin Pospíchal, The Faculty of Arts of Charel University in Prague, 2013 The topic of this thesis is the issue of mental load, respectively mental load in professions that are increasingly exposed to its influence. From a myriad of professions in which people are under intense mental load, this thesis examines the group of top managers, particularly in companies involved in the sale of information technologies. The objective of this thesis is primarily to capture the methods and strategies for coping with stress in this target group. From a methodological perspective, the semi-structured interview and standardized questionnaire research methods were used to identify strategies for coping with stress. The conducted research confirmed with certain degree of probability that intense mental load is an integral part of the performance of the top manager profession. Its impact is assessed as more stressful in comparison with lower job titles, particularly from the perspective of a wider range of active forms of mental load.
