Název: Teambuildingové aktivity a jejich vliv na sociální soudržnost pracovních kolektivů Cíl: Vytyčený cíl práce je ověřit rozvoj sociální soudržnosti pracovní skupiny a vztahů v dané skupině, absolvováním kurzu aktivit v přírodě. Metody: K výzkumu byla využita metoda dotazování pomocí dotazníků a jako nástroj sběru dat byl využit sociometrický test, který byl následně vyhodnocen. Dále byla použita metoda řízeného rozhovoru. Výsledky: Z důvodu neúspěchu výzkumu, který byl založen na dotazníkovém šetření, nemohly být srovnány výsledky pretestu a posttestu, a proto nemohly být vypracovány výsledné sociomapy, což vedlo k uskutečnění řízeného rozhovoru s panem Bartůňkem. Rozbor tohoto interview nám poskytl zajímavý pohled na problematiku aplikace takovýchto výzkumů na skupiny s dlouhodobou účastí na kurzech aktivit v přírodě a přinesl nové cenné informace. Klíčová slova: teambuidling, dynamika malé skupiny, sociometrie, sociomapování, skupina, interview Title: Teambuilding activities and their impact on social cohesion work teams Aims: The aim of the thesis is to review the Social Cohesion Development Working Group and the relationships in the group after attending the course of outdoor activities. Methods: The research was based on the method of questionnaires. For gathering the data sociometric test was used, which was later evaluated. Furthermore, the method of semi-structured interview was employed. Results: Due to the failure of the research based on a survey, the results of the pre- test and post-test could not be compared and therefore could not draw up a sociomap This led to the implementation of a semi-structured interview with Mr. Bartůněk. The analysis of the interview provided us with an interesting insight into the problem concerning the application of such research onto groups with long-term participation in courses of outdoor activities and brought new valuable information.
