Název: Pohybová aktivita jedenáctiletých žáků v Praze a v Helsinkách Cíle: Cílem práce je na základě provedeného dotazníkového šetření popsat a zhodnotit současný stav pohybové aktivity jedenáctiletých žáků v Praze a v Helsinkách. V návaznosti na to vytvořit návrhy na zlepšení současného stavu, které by bylo možné využít jak organizacemi a institucemi, které se podporou pohybové aktivity zabývají nebo ji mají přímo v náplni práce, tak širokou veřejností. Metody: Při provádění výzkumu pohybové aktivity jedenáctiletých žáků v Praze a v Helsinkách bylo využito primárních a sekundárních zdrojů dat. K získání primárních dat bylo nutné provést kvantitativní výzkum pomocí dotazníkového šetření mezi těmito žáky. Sekundární data byla získána z výzkumu Světové zdravotnické organizace, která v letech 2009/2010 mimo jiné zjišťovala stav pohybové aktivity jedenáctiletých žáků ve světě. Dále bylo využito i jiných, dříve provedených, výzkumů a zpráv týkajících se této problematiky. Dotazníkové šetření bylo prováděno náhodným výběrem základních škol v Praze a v Helsinkách pomocí písemných dotazníků. Výběrovým souborem bylo 220 jedenáctiletých žáků v Praze a 220 jedenáctiletých žáků v Helsinkách z náhodně vybraných škol. Výsledky: Výzkum ukázal, že stav pohybové aktivity jedenáctiletých žáků na zkoumaných... Title: Physical activity of eleven-year-old pupils in Prague and Helsinki Objectives: The aim of this work is based on the questionnaire survey and shall describe and evaluate the current state of physical activity of eleven year old pupils in Prague and Helsinki. Following the results of the work, proposals for improvement of the current situation will be created. These can be used by either organizations and institutions that are engaged in support of physical activity or have it directly in the job description, or the general public. Methods: Primary and secondary data sources were used for this research of the physical activity of the eleven-year-old pupils in Prague and Helsinki. To obtain the primary data, it was necessary to make a quantitative research using questionnaires among the pupils. The secondary data were obtained from the research of the WHO which in the years 2009/2010, inter alia, examined the status of the physical activity of the eleven-year-old pupils in the world. Other, previously conducted research works and reports related to this issue were used as well. The questionnaire survey was carried out by random selection of primary schools in Prague and Helsinki, using written questionnaires.
