Resumé Závěrečná práce se ve své teoretické části zabývá osobností učitele a základními stresory, které ztěžují jeho práci a které mohou vést k odchodu ze zaměstnání. V praktické části práce se autor prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření zaměřil na zjišťování míry zátěže jednotlivými stresory a situacemi, se kterými začínající učitel přichází ve své praxi do styku. Bakalářská práce dále přináší návrhy, jak tuto zátěž zmírnit, byť je bohužel přirozenou součástí učitelské profese, popřípadě jak jí předcházet. Tyto návrhy autor směřuje nejen začínajícím učitelům, ale především jejich nadřízeným. Práce vychází z odborné literatury uvedené v závěru a z dotazníkového šetření provedeného se 49 respondenty. The final work deals with the personality of teachers and the basic stressors, which make their work more difficult and which can be one of the reasons of resignation. In the practical part author used the questionnaires to find the rate of the load for the beginning teachers. Furthermore the final work provides suggestions how to reduce the stress, which is unfortunately a natural part of the teaching profession, or how to prevent it. The work is based on the literature listed at the end and on the questionnaire survey, which was performed with 49 respondents.
