Bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním nabídky a poptávky po profesním vzdělávání začínajících ředitelů mateřských škol v souvislosti s nelehkým obdobím na počátku jejich nástupu na vedoucí pozici. Současná doba plná změn a příležitostí přeje připraveným a ti, kdo jsou připraveni, se následně dokáží v nových rolích lépe a rychleji zorientovat. Teoretická část práce vychází z odborné literatury, zákonů a dalších dostupných zdrojů. Praktická část analyzuje poznatky získané dotazníkovými šetřeními, kdy jeden typ dotazníku je vytvořen pro ředitele mateřských škol, kteří jsou ve funkci méně než dva roky a druhý typ dotazníku je určen vzdělávacím institucím. Cílem práce je zjistit aktuální nabídku vzdělávacích institucí v oblasti profesního vzdělávání začínajících ředitelů škol a tuto nabídku porovnat se zájmem o profesní vzdělávání z pohledu začínajících ředitelů. Sekundárně bude vytvořena nabídka profesního vzdělávání určená kandidátům usilujícím o post ředitele a začínajícím ředitelům mateřských škol tak, aby pro ně byla časově dostupná, zajímavá a využitelná v praxi. Na základě analyzovaných poznatků bude následně vytvořen přehled oblastí, o které mají ředitelé největší zájem. Dále bude zjištěno, zda jsou nějaké překážky, které jim ve vzdělávání brání a zda je pro ně profesní vzdělávání přínosné.... The thesis deals with comparison of the supply and demand in the area of vocational education of the beginning directors of nursery schools in relation to the uneasy period at the beginning of their accession to the position. The present time full of changes and opportunities favours those who are prepared and these may subsequently manage to find their bearings better and faster. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on the specialized literature, law acts and further sources available. The practical part analyses the knowledge gathered by questionnaire survey, in which one type of the questionnaire was prepared for the directors of nursery schools who are less than two years in their position, and the second type was aimed at the educational institutions. The aim of the thesis is to find the up to date offer of the educational institutions in the area of vocational education of the beginning nursery school directors and to compare this offer with the demand for vocational education from the beginning directors.
