Tato práce se věnuje jedné z oblastí leadershipu, a to stylům vedení. Práce je zpracovaná formou přehledové studie. V první části jsme se zaměřili na přístupy ke stylům vedení, které dělíme do čtyř směrů: osobnost lídra, chování lídra, charakteristiky následovníků a jejich vztah k lídrovi a kontingenční teorie. V rámci jednotlivých směrů jsou představeny stěžejní teorie a poznatky. Důležitost těchto teorií a poznatků je podpořena řadou studií, které jsou ve většině případů vztaženy k efektivitě daného přístupu. Druhá část práce je věnovaná metodám, pomocí kterých lze identifikovat uvedené teorie. K mnoha dotazníkům jsou uvedeny odkazy do příloh, kde jsou k dispozici znění všech položek. Součástí této práce je návrh korelační studie, kterou jsme zaměřili na validizaci jedné z uvedených metod (LJI) a obecně na identifikaci stylů vedení z pohledu lídra a jeho následovníků s ohledem na senioritu lídra a délku fungování týmu. This thesis deals with leadership styles, which is one domain of a leadership. The thesis is written in form of literature review. The first part of the thesis focuses on approaches to leadership styles, which are divided into four directions: personality of a leader, behavior of a leader, characteristics of followers and their relationship with a leader and contingency theories. Within the frame of single directions there are introduced main theories and findings. The importance of these theories and findings is supported by a number of studies in most cases related to the effectiveness of each approach. The second part of the thesis is dedicated to methods, which are used for the identification of the mentioned theories. Many questionnaires are followed by links to attachments, where are all the items at one's disposal. The thesis also includes a concept of correlation study, which was used in order to aim validation of one from the mentioned methods (LJI) and in general to identify leadership styles from a perspective of a leader and his followers in light of seniority of a leader and duration of team functioning.
