Bakalářská práce se zabývá specifiky vzdělávání seniorů a představuje trénování paměti seniorů jako účinný nástroj udržení paměťových funkcí v séniu. Tato práce nejprve vymezuje pojmy stárnutí, stáří a senior, je zde uvedena stručná demografická charakteristika stárnoucí populace a dále jsou v textu popsány změny, kterými jedinec v průběhu stárnutí prochází. V souvislosti s těmito změnami zde pojednávám o konceptu úspěšného stárnutí a na něj navazuji částí věnující se samotnému vzdělávání seniorů a trénování paměti. V následující části bakalářské práce je pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjišťována spokojenost účastníků s těmito kurzy a využitelnost poznatků v praxi. The bachelor thesis concentrates on specifics of senior citizens' education and introduces memory training of seniors as an effective tool for retaining memory functions in the older age. This thesis defines terms such as aging, age and senior citizen. Furthermore it presents a brief demographic characteristic of the aging population and describes changes that people go through during getting old. In connection to these changes the thesis describes a concept of successful aging followed by a part describing education of seniors and memory training. The final part of the bachelor thesis is about using questionnaire metod in order to find out the utilization of knowledge from the course in everyday life and to find out how satisfied the participants were with the course.
