[eng][cze] Synthesis and hybridization selectivity of 9-mers 5’-d(GTG ATA TGC)-3’ (T means modified units) containing both hydroxyphosphonate and phosphodiester 2’-5’ internucleotide linkages toward complementary DNA and RNA counterpart were investigated.Byly syntetizovány 9-mery 5’-d(GTG ATA TGC)-3’ (T je modifikovaná jednotka), které obsahovaly jak hydroxyfosfonátové tak fosfodiesterové 2’-5’ internukleotidové vazby a byla zkoumána jejich hybridizační selektivita vůči DNA and RNA.
