Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem projektu tvorby elektronického obchodu s využitím nástrojů a metodik projektového managementu v neziskové organizaci. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretická východiska týkající se projektového managementu. Analytická část se zabývá popisem organizace a její současnou situací. Poslední část obsahuje hlavní návrh na projekt. Diploma thesis deals with project design of an e-commerce creation with using tools and methods of project management in a non-profit organization. The first part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical basis of project management. The analytical part deals with the description of the organization and his current situation. The last part contains the main project proposal.
